So far today, about 1005 calories, 80g of carbs, 37g of fat, 99g of protein and 17g of sugar|
all totally within my aims.
unfortunately 3 rashers of bacon and the pret soup takes me up to a whopping 3858mg of salt in one day
thats not my daily diet though, normally i have cheerios or shreddies for breakfast.
