Started on p90x yesterday. Seems ok so far, the workout was a bit tough but I've never been particularly good at push ups so I was expecting that. It'll be interesting to see how much progress I make over the next few weeks.|
Have noticed though that my diet needs more protein (unbelievably). I'm not a fan of protein bars and shakes though it seems I may need to start using them as they're an easy way of getting extra protein...
