Went to the gym last night for a light session, this was after Plyometrics in the morning. My legs were absolutely knackered when I woke up this morning though, kept thinking I should put off todays Shoulders & Arms until later - but I kept going through the motions of putting the DVD on and getting water, etc... found myself starting the warm up and it was pretty good! Also, I could do a bit more of the Ab Ripper, but I think it was due to the less intense Shoulders & Arms work out in comparison to the Chest & Back one.|
The only thing I had an issue with was I felt my bands were a lot shorter, at non-stretched state, than the guy's in the video - so I couldn't do everything as shown, possibly why it didn't feel as intense. Anyone know what is up with that, I've got the Bodylastics bands. ...Or am I just incredibly weak??
