    My training as all gone to pot, and my diet is out the window, all thanks to a bastard flu/virus. I've been knocked off my feet and bed bound since last Friday.

    It's getting really frustrating going from such an active life style to nothing, can't wait for it to piss off so I can get back in the swing of things.

    Last gym session I had was Thursday and I said to my mate I don't feel right and have no energy, he replied it's just an off day we all have them, then wake up Friday smack bang on flu city :(
