    Psycho have you worked out your BMR and your daily calorie consumption? I was told by the instructor at the gym, on gym days aim to consume a further 500-750 calories in top of your BMR to maintain muscle.

    It's difficult I know, it does mean having a the food consumption of a bear. Only tips I can suggest is adding calories into the shakes, I do this through eating natural almonds, and adding fruit to a shake, oat/nut bars like the eat natural company are decent too. There's always peanut butter and Nutella on brown seedy toast for snacks too.

    Does anyone else have their appetite/hunger kick in like clock work? I'm hungry exactly 3 hours after my previous meal. All this food talk has got my stomach rumbling.
