    Quick update on my fitness campaign, I'm now down to 18.5 stone and have had to buy a new (smaller) belt!  Diet and gym are both still going strong (despite a few slip ups), going to start spinning classes this week to speed up the weight loss and strengthen my legs for a charity run I've got lined up in June.  I did the run in 33 minutes last year (5km), and that was as a seriously fat bar steward with no training whatsoever.  I'm going to aim for 27 minutes this year but I'm hoping I can yomp it in 26 if I really train.
