Stop moving the mouse, should go away. You can drag Metro apps to a different monitor like regular windows too, which is pretty nice.
I ended up binning my install. Metro was a fun toy, but game compatibility was hit and miss. Sniper Elite v2 demo kept crashing on the load videos, and Sims 3 needed Win 7 compat mode to see textures.
Maybe a driver problem, hard to say. Might give it another shot in a couple of months.
