I feel the same about pre-buying the DLC. I don't like the way the industry is bleeding gamers of money for things that more than likely haven't even been decided upon yet.
Agree completely about the extras, too. Skins/tags etc... meh.
Bit gutted this could segregate the server though. That said, if everyone raves about the maps themselves, I'll get them when they come out.
