You can talk about well respected all you like. The guy is a sack of worthless opinions. He can't write. He can't think critically. He can't utter a sentence without sounding like a pretentious ho bag.
Edge and Eurogamer have the same tendency. Eurogamer used to better than Edge in that the group of writers this site didn't have any duds, but then people like Simon and Dan came in and ruined that. Just like Eurogamer, Edge has some great writing, but Edge also has some bizarre writing in it where you wonder how these people came to think and write like that -- it must take years of putting skill points in douchiness to get that style.
Come on then, let the tears out properly. Which game that you love didn't he like?
