I feel the same way about Ocado, particularly their veg, it's gone from great to often old and a bit rubbish, meat seems to go off in 24 hours. I used to be their biggest fan.
I can't get Waitrose direct, so might try switching to a veg and meat box service and top up from local Tescos.
