Finally seem to be getting over my groin injury. It's been niggling me for the past few months and flared up fairly badly in the past month. Taking ibuprofen really seemed to help it heal... dunno why I didn't think of it early. Even taking two weeks off exercise didn't help and if anything it got worse of that period.
Still a bit wary of doing certain exercises in-case I aggravate it again.
Does anyone know any exercises to break me back in and strengthen that area? It was fairly high up near my hip flexor.
