@stryker1121 I assume it must be a glitch, but he just sat there for me too. He is oddly invincible until you return as well so a great place to free level. If your wondering about which choice to make look below

If you kill him you get access to reassembling/recruiting the blades, but will no longer receive 'letters from a friend' from the greybeards pointing you to dragon shouts and they won't speak to you. So if you already have all the shouts its probably worth killing Paarthunax
