I dunno, but maybe thats WHY THE STORE HAS BEEN UNDER MAINTENANCE FOR 3 DAYS!!! (I appreciate not everyone is suffering from this).
I can't help but compare the lack of Unit 13 on the store to the seemlessness (is that a word?) whith which Apple updated all their existing apps and introduced iPhoto onto the app store, without a single 'maintenance' downtime.
Steam and the AppStore sold me on digitial downloads. PSN is doing its best to convince me otherwise.
