I think it's the simplicity of program that appeals to me. Just 5 big compound lifts. If you follow it, you'll get strong, it's that simple. And no program should be without squats, which bloody annoys me as the rack at my gym doubles up as a rack for the bench press, so good luck trying to get in there "bruv".
