In the running of the club in my op, I was refering more to the vast improvement of the Training facilities, the changes in and around the ground, the plans for the Sports Science centre, the much improved website, improved sponsorship deals and a larger more robust academy with better facilities. Basically things people without an interest in the club dont really see. As far as the financial running of the club, its been debated anough already, our owners evidently have a plan and its looking bloody good to me so far, I guess only time will tell.
