Mine has managed to form some light scratching, how exciting! At the moment they look like some specks of dust, only ones that are impossible to remove. Not sure whether that is dramatic enough for them to repair it just yet.
The hardware has actually been a piece of crap so far, when the top screen isn't flopping about as I attempt to play it, it's scratching itself in hibernation.
