Mine is very similar, Dell PIII 500. Its got something odd like 164 megs of ram though, whatever I could scrounge up. TNT2 M64 video card. Crappy DVD burner and a Toshiba 250G external hard drive, had to add a USB 2.0 PCI board for the HD though. One day it took 4 hours to burn a DVD.
8 years old, powered up 24 hours a days sucking down TV shows and feeding them to XBMC. Its also wired into an arcade cab. The side panel was detached and lost years ago, likewise the little plastic thing directing air from the fan over the CPU. Getting pretty furry in there.
Never crashes. Unless you try to play a video of any format on it. Or move it very slightly. Or browse to any sites with severe banners like Eurogamer.
I'm going to add another 128mb of RAM for its 10th birthday.
