I really don't enjoy Akiba these days - when I first visited I couldn't wait to get there but I rarely go now - its just grim and feels really dirty for some reason.
Yokohama is always cool - pay a visit to akarenga shopping centre to see just how stupidly expensive stuff can be over in japan
Maybe pop over to odaiba and visit the science museum, Miraikan. I love that place.
