The need before greed system is pretty good, but it doesn't stop people being dicks.
Class specific armour is a good example, eg tanks rolling on healer gear and vice versa. Utter cocks. I lost out on a sweet healer belt in a PUG the other day because some bellend was intent on hitting 'need' for everything that came up. I think if its not your class the 'need' option should be locked out.
