I was told I should do stand up ('cos i'm the "funny one"but I couldn't write a joke to save my life...or have the confidence to stand in front of that many people. I have seen new comers heckled off stage, looks like the worst experience ever...
And to whoever asked, I was on at the Comedy Balloon, an open-spot night at the Ape & Apple pub on John Dalton St.
