looks a bit far for me that tbh. there would have been no point in me moving from home unless i was coming right to the place i wanted to be. Hitchin looks at least 35 miles North of the river. a good 45 minutes by local train to the centre of London at minimum i'd have thought? to jib that place off asap and move to central london! won't regret it.
