It's too bad that the Challenges of Exile aren't the ones that came with the game as they are actually quite interesting and pretty challenging compared to the Challenges of Olympus.
Quick rundown:
Switch Blade - Defeat all enemies whilst your weapons are switched every 30 seconds.
Hades' Kids 2 - Get 5 Chimera to spawn
Fear Itself - Beat Fear Kratos (this run is glitched, rest assured Fear Kratos is quite lethal!)
Pandora on Fire - Raise Pandora's cage away from the fire by killing the enemies.
Use Protection - Break the shields of 12 enemies without killing them
Old Birds - Defeat 15 crows/harpies without touching the ground
Hands off - Kill 69 hands in under 45 seconds.
