So I seem to have gotten into my running the last 3 weeks.|
Ran combined 27.5k over four runs.
Is there anything I *need* to optimise my running?
I'm going to a specialist running shop to get fitted for some trainers this week, got some running clothing too already, gloves, water bottle etc.
My downside looking at my stats is that I start to keen which has an effect on my overall time. Stats here.
Enjoying it though, my knee is pretty fucked (and will remain so) due to an obliterated MCL so I'm quite pleased with my progress.
Goat is hungry.....
