I have been doing the C25K for about three weeks as my journey to work (normally I cycle but felt like mixing it up a bit) and a useful tip I've found is that for the walking - which is meant to be brisk, though it's easy to fall into a stroll after a run - if you move your arms at the same time, your feet will follow. (Yes, it may look a bit odd, but I'm past caring).
