(In BootMii you use the power/eject buttons to move and reset button to select, or the GC controller. When MINI, an open source IOS, is updated to have bluetooth support then it'll have Wiimote support.)
. But other than that you are right although it looks like it will be a lot of work for them to get bluetooth, USB support etc.
