Not sure if anybody's mentioned this, but my local Zavvi in Cardiff have started selling unboxed games at an insanely low price - I picked up Dead Space and Lego Batman for the 360 for £6 each, World in Conflict (PC) for £4, and Red Alert 3 (PC) for £3. They even applied the 25% discount on them at the till.
Noticed quite a few other bargains as well - Gears of War 2 for £6, anybody? Also quite a few Wii and PS2 games. Might be worth checking your local store..
