Not sure if it's been posted yet, but Steam have knocked the price of the Id software megapack thing down to $35. For that you get all the quake and doom games (and all the add-on packs) plus Commander Keen and some other bits and pieces. It includes Doom3 as well as the old ones.
Total price seperately is $214, the pack is usually $70 and at the moment it's $35, which is amazing!
