Dude you're still young, on balance it probably doesn't matter if you stay or go careers wise.
Personally, I'd go - the extra money would be nice (I suspect) and it'll look good on your CV if you explain you were "headhunted". Speaking from bitter bitter experience, somewhere you like working can go from good to shite remarkably quickly so don't feel you owe any loyalty just because you like working there now. I also suspect that your mate isn't that much more whizz than you are - you ain't that bad at your job!
