I got so annoyed at them I've stopped ordering anything from eBuyer. They are that bad.
One order never turned up, and the ones that you miss - try and organise another delivery date/time and they are one of those companies that can't say AM or PM, so you have to take the whole day off to wait in/drive to their depot.
Far too much hassle. Avoid!
