|@Kichijoten When my PS3 died soon after purchase in 2008 I was sent a new one straight away too. People are more likely to post their bad experiences with a company. I don't know if I got lucky or what but the three times I've had to use customer services (once for a replacement PS3, twice for PSN related mishaps) it was fine.|
