    There is no law against filming the police here and anyone who says otherwise is wrong. A lot of prep pre seen to think that this makes it perfectly fine to get right up in to officers faces with their phones whilst they're trying to work and then feign surprise and outrage when told to step back a bit.
    Doesn't the new counter-terrorism act say....;


    '16; “allows for the arrest and imprisonment of anyone who takes pictures of officers ‘likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism’.” The punishment for this offense is imprisonment for up to ten years and a fine.'

    So they can just say, we think you may be preparing an act of terrorism and arrest you.
