You need to get your bank (or your credit card company, whichever) actively involved in this. Tell them exactly what has happened, and ask them to charge back / hand it to their fraud investigation team.|
I would also recommend that you actually talk to somebody at Zavvi, I assume they must have a contact number. They will have the ability to action a refund immediately (it may still take a few days to show up in your account of course).
