|@warlockuk At the moment I am doing treadmill, rowing machine, cross trainer and bikes. I need to build up some stamina/lung capacity and loose some flab. I am going to do just that for a month or so (min three visits a week). I will probably start on the weights after that. It's a 'no frills' gym so nice and cheap but all up to date gear and loads of equipment to get tangled up on. It's been good so far, although I've only been twice. A mate joined at the same time and we are going to go Mon, Wed and Fri for sure, and I am going to squeeze a light session in over the weekends too. I have a few mates already there, one is a cardio maniac and is always on the bikes and treadmills and the other is enjoying beefcake status and concentrates more on weights so always got people to go with which helps.|
