    That's absolutely fine.

    To be honest I don't completely have my heart in that sentiment now that I see it in isolation like that. My point is more that having children brings a huge amount of new benefits to a marriage, stuff that will mean you still have a strong and important relationship long after some of the other stuff goes.
    Agreed. But any marriage that is nullified by not having kids is no marriage at all I'd say.
