Scale is what all those games you mention will lack, when compared to the Arma2 engine.
Games like this work best when they're seamless. Open world survival games that have loading transitions, for example will kill the atmosphere.
You need a game world where you can repair a jeep, hop in, choose a direction (likely that radio tower a few kilometres in the distance that you can see) and drive to it, via whatever route you desire.
The moment you get invisible walls, the illusion is destroyed.
I guarantee you, none of those games you mention will have that level of scale. For a start, if there's even a whiff of a console release, they'll be gimped for no other reason than console hardware limitations.
