I listen to (mostly gaming related) podcasts these days when trying to sleep. Most evenings I play games till around 10 or 11 and the podcasts help with shutting my brain off. |
I usually only get to around 10 minutes into "Weekend Confirmed" before falling asleep. On a related note, podcasts should refrain from using loud music for breaks or the end because they wake me up again.
By the way, is it normal to have trouble sleeping after sports?
