    I wouldn't recommend putting it inside the carcass, I normally put garlic, onions, a lemon and a herb bundle in there.
    I stuff the stuffing between skin/breast along with some butter, then fold the skin under the bird and secure with a toothpick. Lovely.
    The stuffing keeps the breast really moist and transfers some flavours into the meat :)

    How did you get all your trimmings for 6?
    I assume this turkey is frozen if you're buying it now, have you thought about brining it? It makes SUCH a difference.
