    Quick update: I queried my non-delivered order through Zavvi's online customer "service" system. It promised a response in under 24 hours.

    It's now been over 24 hours and - surprise surprise - no response, and no goods either.

    Do they deliberately delay Mega Monday orders or something?

    If you were thinking of buying from them in future, I'd order from Amazon instead. Be sure to send Zavvi a message telling them how much money they lost each time you do this. Perhaps then they'll learn how important it is not to treat paying customers like crap.
