The use of them have no regard for human live at all. Causing all sorts of pain to people who get in there way. They can kill huge groups of people in one use, and causing their bodies to go through all horrible things before they do so. From going blind, suffocation, severe convulsions to the internal organs organs burning, amongst other things. Its horrible. They can do all that without people knowing its happening. Gasses have been designed to be ordorlous and colourless. After WW1 they were outlawed by the international community. To use that on your own people, including children.... its pretty abohrent.
After WW1, it was one of those, never again decisions. I don't know what else to say to try and explain why CW are so bad and why there is a fuss.
Its to do with the whole ehtics and politics of the situation. Do you, less than a hundred years of banning chemical weapons, sit back and allow it to happen? Especially when Britain was one of the original members to sign and outlaw it.
