IMO Alien, Alien III, Aliens. Could not get into Aliens, it was too gung ho. Plus the little girl gets on my nerves. Kids in films almost always ruin them for me. Unless they're really fat or weird.
Remember how the kid in Indy and the temple of Doom kinda ruined the whole movie.
