    Moyes did generally finish his seasons stronger than he started them with Everton, though some will tell you that's due to overtraining the players in preseason, but have to hope he can still turn things around to some degree at least.

    The most worrying thing for me isn't the poor transfer window or tactics or team selections but simply Moyes attitude. He already looks a completely defeated man and that more so than anything else terrifies me.

    Even last night going into extra time when the players were pushing forward to equalise Moyes was just sat there with his arms crossed on the bench. It's surely rubbing off on the players since there's no belief around the squad that they will get that late goal anymore.

    The away fans sung his name for the entirety of the game yesterday and he still has the backing of the overwhelming majority of the support which he wouldn't be afforded at most clubs. He needs to give something back now and get the team playing well and getting results. Big month for him.
