To be honest I'd find a review site and hunt down their best, I've been building less machines lately and they've all been rather boring Intel builds where a good enough cooler comes in the box. A quick Google indicates AMD are bundling what looks like an ok cooler in the box (although it might need a fan transplant if you want to overclock as it isn't that quiet when running near full speed). Copper base with heatpipes into the fins and an 8.4W 60mm fan on top. You'll probably find an aftermarket cooler with an 80 or 92mm fan the best bet for a quiet and cool experience, assuming the socket has enough space around it for something of that size.
