    She didn't want to kill either of them as John would have been the prime suspect, having broken into the office moments before. At least that was the logic SH used in his run-down.

    I enjoyed the Series, I even went back to the Empty Hearse episode to read the words that popped up when SH met Mary for the first time. Liar and Secret were both there, but were swiftly overtaken by stuff such as "short-sighted cat lover" etc, maybe SH trying to see the best in someone against his better judgement for John's sake.

    Either way, as much as I liked Moriarty, I agree that they shouldn't bring him back, but they will with some daft twist that circumvented SH's 13 possible outcomes. Either that or the gay love screen fan-fiction had some credence.
