Similar here with Zavvi. Something up with card apparently, can't talk to anyone. Thanks to the heads up on this thread, I've ordered from Play. Fingers crossed.
The Hut seem to be screwing me over with my Wizard's Edition. Got an email from them earlier saying there was a payment problem, despite knowing my card is fine. So I switched cards anyway to another that I know is fine, and they've sent me another email saying there's a payment problem with that one too. Although strangely this time there's no option in my account page to revise my details, and the order is just sitting there saying 'Awaiting Despatch'.
Tried their customer service number and was greeted with a recorded message telling me to email them (which I know from experience they take days to reply to). Wonderful.
