the company I work for uses orange, and they came back with this:
Please be advised that we are currently experiencing a network problem.
Users may not be able to make/recieve calls or may have the error message
"SIM card registration failed" displayed on the screen.
The problem is subscriber affecting and not area specific.
There is no ETA at the moment, but it has been logged on the highest
