    Bit of a long shot Crispy, but can you remember where you found that book?
    Was near the start so either I found it in the friendly blacksmiths house in Riverwood or it was in the Bleak Falls area. That's the best I can do, but it did feel great getting a quest and thinking 'wait, is that the same wench mentioned in that book' really makes the game feel connected and alive.

    EDIT: Blacksmith's house in Riverwood, it's just on a table next to some gold and they let you take it. If he helped you escape at the start then he's your friend and so let's you help yourself to a lot of his stuff.
