    Not as simple as a keystroke, but you can CTRL-ALT click on the Finder icon in the dock and select 'Hide Others'. This has the same effect as switching to Finder and pressing CTRL-ALT-H.

    You could set something like this up in an Applescript and invoke it with a keystroke, but there's no simple way to do it.
