    Don't overdo it. I'm worried that I didn't ease myself back in slowly enough after my injury last year, as I still get the odd twinge in my shins.

    Missed my last couple of runs thanks to this and I'm getting worried about my half marathon in a few weeks. Already been up to 12 miles so I reckon I'll be ok, but the last thing I want to do is reactivate the old injury ahead of my first marathon in May.
