Good stuff, this thread has been a great motivator for me to keep my running up as I was going through the progression of upping distance > decreasing time > upping distance, so stick at it!
Nice one ilmaestro! I've really been ramping up my kilometres lately, managed to hit 7k on Sunday. Looking forward to getting as fit as I was and keeping it up this time!
