If anything, the fact that atrocities have been committed in the name of almost all religions at certain periods in time proves that there is something intrinsically violent and brutal about the nature and structure of organised religious faith, right? |
But now that we have a general consensus that Islamic extremism (and therefore, the suicide attacks on innocent Iraqis and Afghans) cannot reasonably be blamed on the West, is it therefore unreasonable to say that the problems Iraq has today are the result of 'Yankee imperialism' but rather of Islamic extremists, correct?
